For anyone who has been paying attention in the open source community, the big topic of discussion lately has been revolving around SCO's lawsuit against IBM. In this lawsuit, SCO claims that Linux has illegally used code which SCO owns the copyright for.
Well, for those of you who have been following along,

this story which provides pictures of slides showing the code SCO claims was in violation of copyright. Based on this code, the article goes into all the ways that this code isn't in copyright violation, as it's been avaialble under the BSD license.
